Having problems with Mame not listing all my roms.

So I just recently updated to 0.148 and a good amount of my games aren't showing up. There's about 500 of them not there, I've got my list filtered in MameUI (Clones,Mechanical,Unavailable,Non-Working) so this number should be fairly accurate. The games I am missing, aren't specifically casino games, I only know of 2 that should definitely be in the list, The Simpsons Arcade Game and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Turtles in Time. I'm fairly certain there's a giant chunk of decent games in there that I wouldn't like to miss. I have run Update List Info multiple times and still no change.Total rom count after filters should be about 3050 and its currently at 2564. I am using a merged set.
