[RESOLVED] GameEx opens full screen on second monitor only

I downloaded the full install version so I could enable the XBMC plugin.  Since doing so, GameEx 12.86 opens full screen on second monitor only.  This occurs when running XBMC or GameEx standalone.  I can change GameEx to windowed mode and drag it to my primary monitor, but when I click the full screen toggle, it reverts back to the second monitor.

Another post update side-effect is that it will sometimes kill my Win 7 task bar until I close GameEx, then it returns.  I am not running HideOs.

EDIT: I tried reverting back to 12.85 but this did not resolve the issue.  Another oddity to note is that in windowed mode, I can only display GameEx on the first monitor.  If I attempt to drag the window to the second monitor, it snaps back to the first.
