[RESOLVED] Mame Roms Not Showing In List

I'm trying to get the All Mame Roms count to work.  I've tried to enable everything in GameEx but I must be missing something simple I'm guessing.
 
I have a complete v158 split, non-merged, set at 50.5 GB not including CHD's.
 
In Mala, the game count is 29,873.
 
In RomCenter, the game count is 29,909.
 
In GameEx, the game count is 11,273.
 
Attached is my gameex.ini.  What am I missing in my setup where I'm not get the whole game count?
