daphne singe global exit

I'm running Daphne singe 1.0.10 and it runs fine but global exit crashes game ex and leaves the emulator running. Pressing escape works fine. I have global exit setup as 1+2 = exit.
I tried to change Daphne singe INI to exit with 1+2 but not sure how to ad two button combination exits for just the emulator
