Displaying GameEx on a specific monitor

Hey guys, I have a three monitor setup in my home.

The first two monitors is my typical PC dual monitor setup, monitor 2 and 3.  My HDTV is monitor 1.

When I try to launch GameEx, it only goes to the PRIMARY display, one of my main PC monitors.  I did notice the run on secondary option in the settings, but it doesn't allow me to choose which one and even then it doesn't seem to do much since it launches GameEx on primary monitor.

Is there any way to have it on a specific monitor defined by the user?
