Error When Selecting Theme in GameEx set up

Hi Guys

I'm loving GameEx and apprecaite all the hard work that has been spent by so many in making GameEx the best front end available! 

I recently encountered an error when selecting a new theme in the set up wizard mode.  I've found similar issues on the forum which appeared to resolved with a fresh install of GameEx.  I've reinstalled GameEx and the error message persists.  Attached is log file containing the error message and my gameEx config file.  Any suggestions would be most apprecaited.  Thanks!
